Every Untitle by Nikita piece is upcycled using deadstock fabrics from artisans in India and NYC and tailored to your specific size and selected design/fabric. This makes your garment one-of-a-kind.

 

The process of ordering is as follows:

  • Select the Kalamkari textile and size

  • Check out the cart that will charge you a $100 deposit.

  • You will get a link to schedule a 30-minute meeting with Nikita where she will discuss the “other” fabrics in the garment, finishes, approximate delivery time, etc.

  • Once this is agreed upon, a follow-up order confirmation with details will be shared with the balance of 50% of the payment.

What are “other” fabrics?

The fabrics that are used in the garment with the Kalamkari are called “other” fabrics. For instance, you can choose linen instead of wool to make a jacket more apt for Spring, or cotton instead of silk for the lining, etc. We can also integrate a memorial fabric of your own.

 

What do you get to customize?

The customizations are only for fabrics. The silhouette or elements cannot be changed. If you wish to do so, it will be considered a full-custom order and prices will vary.

 

No Exchanges or Returns:

  • Our garments are upcycled and handcrafted; this process can result in slight fabric, color, and texture variations. These imperfections are a part of the garment’s design and are not faults. Garments with subtle variations will not be refunded.

  • We highly recommend that you double-check your order details, including size and design specifications, before finalizing your purchase to ensure complete satisfaction.

  • The first consultation with Nikita is free of charge, any consultations after the order is finalized will be charged at $200/hr.

 

Order Confirmation:

  • Upon placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email containing all the details you provided.

  • Please review this confirmation carefully to verify that the order information is accurate.

 

Quality Assurance:

  • Untiltle by Nikita is committed to delivering top-quality custom-made products.

  • In the rare event that your product is received with manufacturing defects or errors on our part, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving your order.

 

Defective or Incorrect Orders:

  • If your custom-made product arrives with defects or errors, Untitle by Nikita will make every effort to rectify the issue.

  • In such cases, please contact our customer service team at design@un-title.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide clear photographic evidence of the issue for our review.

  • We will assess the matter and determine the appropriate course of action, which may include repair, replacement, or refund.

 

Cancellation Policy:

  • You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Cancellation requests made beyond this timeframe will not be accepted and will be subject to the loss of the “deposit”.

 

Shipping and Delivery:

  • We strive to complete the making and shipping of your custom-made product as quickly as possible. It will be discussed during your consultation and confirmed in your order details.

  • Our products cannot be shipped to P.O. Boxes at this time.

  • Making and shipping times may vary depending on your location, but we will provide you with an estimated delivery date.

  • Untitle by Nikita is not responsible for delivery delays caused by external factors or events beyond our control.

  • Shipping within the US is free.

  • International shipping costs need to be borne by the customer.

  • Any Customs, Duty, VAT, handling charges, or taxes related to receiving international shipping will be borne by the customer. If you are unable to pay these at the time of accepting your package, your order will not be canceled or refunded.

  •  As custom policies and import duties vary widely from country to country, we have no control or estimate over these charges.
